Our History
Established in 2017, Retrofit Eco has been providing services to clients across the country. Our experienced team of surveyors uses the latest technology to ensure accurate results. Over the years Retrofit Eco, along with our partners have helped homeowners retrofit over £5Million of windows and doors across the South East of England. Retrofit Eco currently oversees, manages and surveys over 5000 properties per year. To date we have surveyed and assessed about 30000 properties within London and surrounding areas

Our Services
We offer a wide range of services, including EPC surveys, retrofit assessments, retrofitting windows and doors, stock surveying and more. We have partnerships with the UK's largest retailers for home improvements, and we have recently joined in partnership with Savills, the worlds largest real estate company, who were established in 1855. Our team has the expertise to handle projects of any size and complexity.

From working as an employee to becoming partners with the UK's largest manufacturers and installers of home improvements and retrofit solutions
2020
Within 3 years of being established, Retrofit Eco has surveyed and evaluated over 10000 properties across the South East of England, and we have helped homeowners, and our partners retrofit over £2.5Million worth of glazing
2024
With a new website launch and new office, we continue to progress and develop as a company, we are now offering more services and further expertise in energy efficiency and sustainable solutions. In 2024 we acquired a contract to work with Savills, the largest real estate company in the world.
