To enhance energy efficiency and support eco-friendly home improvements, the UK government* has introduced various funding schemes, and while no specific double glazing grants exist, financial support is available for double glazed windows,
primarily for low-income households or poor energy performance-rated properties, allowing eligible homeowners, landlords, and tenants to benefit from warmer homes and reduced energy bills. Retrofit Eco aims to help homeowners increase their home efficiency, which can effectively help in reducing CO2 emissions. We are passionately driven in helping towards the UK's target of reducing CO2 emissions by 68% by the year 2035, and reaching net zero by 2050

We will contact you to arrange a viewing of the property if you are in a qualifying postcode area, the survey will take 20 to 25 minutes and is completely free.

We work closely with the department of energy security & net-zero, and also the UK's largest home improvement specialists to make homes more eco friendly. We aim to help recycle and replace £10Million worth of aluminium, PVC and wood within 2 years, by removing older materials and systems, it will allow homes to be retrofitted to better standards, reducing energy consumption and costs.

To qualify, you must meet a minimum of 3 from the following criteria:

1/ Windows and/or Doors are over 10 years old

2/ Home EPC is D or below (if available)

3/ Lived at the property for over 6 months

4/ Installation time within 6 months

5/ Replacing 5 or more products

6/ Purchaser is over 60 years of age
